really, how hard is it to understand?

roger is refering to the drugs, not the damn amulet
how hard is it to understand that there is....no drug. agimats were not flasks that soldiers could drink or snort from before battle.

like rizoom said...the issue was with war technology at the time....not that the soldiers had any magic powers or drugs that made them immune to pain.

with that said....i'm sure there were children and teenage boys forced to defend their villages before they were ready and took actual meth meth to detach themselves from the reality of war. Either way it would be ****** to think Pacquiao takes any actual meth of any kind.

and when they had the agimat(amulet) on and ready for battle, they thought the amulet was the thing giving them the ability to withstand punishment. when its was the drugs.

thats what the **** im saying fool

how do you think stories and folklore gets started. obviously thats the story of this agimat and its methical powers. the belief of its powers all stems from the effect of drugs.

crazy mofos doped up on drugs thinking the amulet is giving them powers. so the amulet became a symbol of protection, and stories are told about thebattle for generations, which is how supersitions come about.

      this is my point man.

roger is refering to the drugs not the AMULET

          i mean, damn
the only drugs of the sort widely available at the time in the country were opium and meth. real meth....do you know how dumb that sounds to think pacquiao takes opium or meth and be the level athlete he is???

then roger is referring to actual drugs. widely available, highly addictive drugs. not some super effective super secret steroid that's been around for over a hundred years yet still somehow unknown and undetectable

              you're ******.

              agimat = lucky charm

nothing to do with drugs. that's a separate issue.

people carry around lucky rabbit's foot because they think it's lucky does that have anything to do with drugs too?

just accuse pac of taking roids or epo or blood doping.

this topic is ****** as hell.

you are a ****in joke. did i say that the agimat was a drug they crushed up and snorted or something? NO. i know the agimat is an amulet.

i said that before battle, it seems that the warriors would get doped up, like many other trides in many different countries before battle.

the amulet was something they wore, kept on their person as a safeguard, symbol of protection. thats what it represented to them. agimat was nothing but a little object, i know that

the drugs they took is what made them feel invincible, but they thought it was the power of the agimat(amulet) due to their superstitious beliefs

not all filipinos took some form of drug.

just some. just like berserkers. not all vikings were berserkers only a few.

the drug they took had nothing to do with not feeling pain or not being injured.

                  it made them go "berserk"

had nothing to do with performance enhancers or pain killers.

it was just that they were high. some weren't even high. they were drunk.
