As to slagging off the WBO
Look at the title holders for it
Andrew Golota Heavyweight
Bernard Hopkins Middleweight
Zsolst Erdei Lt heavyweight
Joe Calzaghe super middleweight
Antonio Margarito welterweight
Miguell Cotto super lightweight
Diego Corrales lightweightLast edited by The Troll; 05-20-2005, 06:18 PM.Comment

Is the defintion of "lethargic" to you forcing the action all night long for 12 rounds like he did against Chris Byrd?Originally posted by marvdaveThis will be a horrible fight. Two guys who are lethargic in the ring by nature. I think Golata's overall Boxing abilty is superior to Brewster, so Golata should win a close, boring decision.Last edited by The Troll; 05-20-2005, 06:26 PM.Comment

Margarito has the WBO belts and Judah has IBF WBA WBC. I think Margarito would destroy Judah.Originally posted by McKayAs to slagging off the WBO

Golota only landed a few meaningful punches in that whole fight, Byrd layed on the ropes all night out of pure boredom becuase Golota was so extremely slow and methodical, it was one of Byrd's easiest fights even though he rarely went on the offensive...Originally posted by McKayIs the defintion of "lethargic" to you forcing the action all night long for 12 rounds like he did against Chris Byrd?
so McKay, who is your alter ego that you "thought" you were arguing with earlier???
have we FINALLY found THE PRETENDER?!?!?!?!?!?!Comment

It is my opinion and I was not directing my comments to you. If you do not believe Golata has been a career long lethargic/lazy/underachiever, that is you opinion and I will respect that. Please do me a favor and do not respond or comment on my posts becuase your judgement is very clouded by your love of Golata.Originally posted by McKayIs the defintion of "lethargic" to you forcing the action all night long for 12 rounds like he did against Chris Byrd?
By the way, I did pick him to win

Bull**** he landed few meaningfull punches. Have you ever heard of the term in boxing ( I know you are new to this) its called "volume punching" Golota is not going to concentrate his attack on Byrd's head when Byrd has shoulder slip dip defence style. Its hard to hit that target and you get hit with counterpunches that way when you miss against that type of defence, watch a james Toney fight. That is why Golota smothered the **** of him and volume punched his ass to oblivion all over the body, the arms, the chest, occasionally the head, the top of the head. Byrd was hurting in that fight. And Golota had his ass pinned against the ropes. Byrd did not want to be there on those ropes. And Golota "landed few meaninfull punches." I guess your one of those people who say body punching does not mean anything no matter what. Byrd was cringing over in what should have been ruled knockdowns from the devastating body shots Golota landed.Originally posted by SacTown1Golota only landed a few meaningful punches in that whole fight, Byrd layed on the ropes all night out of pure boredom becuase Golota was so extremely slow and methodical, it was one of Byrd's easiest fights even though he rarely went on the offensive...
