A syringe goes through your skin and into your bloodstream.

Pac was already willing to take blood tests up to a point but more importantly right after the fight, they just didn't agree on the cutoff. To accuse him of roid use on that alone when no one in the history of the sport has ever taken such tests is just ridiculous.

taking blood out will last about 30 seconds while a tattoo will take atleast 30 mins
