I threw Tito in there because he looked amazing at 154, I know he cant be considered one of the best because he only had 3-4 fights at the weight but damn he looked bad in those fights. The Vargas fight was crazy
I think Winky has gotta be in just because of his longevity at 154, He was at the weight for a long time and fought just about everyone in his era at 154 and beat nearly everyone, His defeats at 154 are also very controversial. He is definetly one of the top 5

If your gonna make a thread like this and expect to be taken seriously then don't just throw a fighter in there! Tito would not be in there ever! Its a ludicrous decision, especially considering how badly wright beat him, vargas is an even worse suggestion.
