I'm leaning towards Williams...I don't think Sergio can fight any better than he did the first match, and Williams still caught him enough to buzz him...I think with Williams having a full camp concentrating on fighting a slick southpaw instead of a come forward power puncher, can make a few more adjustments and pull off the win.

I think this is a rematch alot of people want to see.

Looking back on the first fight, Williams made alot of mistakes and Martinez fought as well as he could and still lost. So in a rematch I see Paul winning a little more convincingly but it would be an exciting fight.

Lets hope Sergio beats Pavlik so we can see it.

I think Williams adjust and KO's Martinez. He wasn't prepared at all for this fight thinking he was going to fight Pavlik and instead had to adjust for a totally different skill set. With time to prepare Williams will dominate and destroy Martinez.

First fight was so close I had it as a draw.
