No that's not what he said. He said Mayweather is bigger than him, so the blood test would effect him (pacquiao) more than it would Mayweather because of the size difference.

Pac sounds like a complete tool when it comes to answering questions regarding the drug test.

Manny passed those tests because they were SCHEDULED. Has that ever crossed your mind?

The tests that he would have to take if he wants to fight Floyd will have to be RANDOM.

These is a world of difference between SCHEDULED and RANDOM drug tests.

Second, what if your job told you they were about to give you a sizable raise if you take and pass the drug test?

Why would any logical human being NOT take that test? It makes no sense whatsoever and it's really sad that some of his blind fans don't demand more.

you fail in analogy. your job and its requirements is analogous to the NSAC which governs your fight or your job. if it requires the OSD then manny would abide and he has and has consistently been clean. but not from ridiculous demands from any other opponent, demands only fueled by a crackhead.
