I wouldn't consider Floyd the number 1 P4P if he beats Mosley. He'd have to do a little more then that, and beating Pacquiao isn't the only way he can get that spot.

He wants to fight Pac more then anything he wouldnt retire and leave that money. He wants to beat Pacquiao. I think that puts pressure on Team Pac to make the fight. Then GBP owns the ring so I wont be shocked to see it happen.
