How can Caba/Yordan be for a vacant interim WBA strap?

I thought Gamboa already won the interim WBA strap at 126 from Jose Rojas 2 fights ago as listed here.

How can Cabellero/Yordan be for that same title if Gamboa has not lost his strap and has defended it twice all while Chris John is still the real 126lb WBA champ?

So what now is there going to be 3 WBA titles at 126 from now on unless we have unification?

Although probably because John was promoted to "super champion" and Gamboa was promoted to "regular champion"

john was turned into a super champion since he made 10+ defenses of the title. another wba corrupt ways to open up the "wba regular" champion to gamboa. to make it simple wba loves to make money and manufacture champions
