Are There Any Real Fans Of Boxing Here?

If PacMan or Mayweather never existed would any of you "fans" be on here as much as you are. Alot of people on this site seem to be ones who would have started liking boxing within the last two years or so. Casual fans expose how little they know about the sport through the immature and ignorant comments they make through arguing. Do pacman fans have any other favorite boxers, they make liking pacman incredibly hard. The way they hate on Mayweather is ridicules, I've never seen anyone go out their way to hate on a person. When *******s slam Mayweather they make him look even better because you barley hear them say that his not an great boxer but that his *****, gay, and his uncle is on crack. But they cant come up with anything to diminishes his boxing skills. In the end can we enjoy all the shine boxing is getting and realizing that the next four months we are great and if your a true BOXING FAN your going to enjoy every second.

The extremist fans from both sides do that not just Pac fans... The extremist Floyd fans are just as guily as that too in the way they go at Pacquiao...

Good post, the ignorance sometimes is just to comical. I guess I would be to bored if these fanatics weren't around. If you want something more serious you got to go to the boxing history side. True boxing fans are there that now the history and are more opened minded. There is a poll going around in these threads and you can see that the majority of the fans a very young and usually thats is how you get into the sport, in being a fan of a particular boxer.

I was born into boxing. Boxed myself.

For those who know about boxing, Davey Moore (RIP) of NYC was my uncle.

I remember watching HBO, I think Real Sports, and some mobster who was involved in the ******** business said that Davey shouldn't have been fighting that night when he fought Duran and that he was having health problems or something. He said he bet a lot on Duran because of Davey's health issues.

u can look at my threads and where i post. Rarely do I go into a floyd or manny thread. I try to reply to threads and make threads about everything in boxing. Wish it was like this with everyone.
