Why would anyone sign with King, if they see that his fighters only get 1 fight a year (if they're lucky)? His fighters barely even get dates on the networks.

You already have a title dumb ass, that's all he's good for. Cloud deserves all the frustration he's gonna get with DK.

Yes, that's why King's fighters sign.

But Cloud would have received a good payday anyway from HBO. He must know that King keeps his fighters inactive for long periods of time, even titleholders like Guillermo Jones.

Signing with King is not a smart move.

Yeah, yeah, I know. I've gotta make an explanation for this. Cloud is a big dumb ass, and I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt when it came to him being Dawson's mando back then. But are you trying to tell me that a guy like Johnson can fight two months apart but this young guy can't even make it to a fight healthy when he hadn't fought in ages? And Don King is who he's signing with. If him and Dawson ever fight, I'll just be rooting for both of them to KO each other at the same time.

And if you people paid attention to my posts, you'd know that I was rooting for Glen Johnson to beat him anyway. I wish Hopkins would just man up and fight Chad Dawson already. Now it's meaningless because Hopkins has been bumped down to the #3 spot for the right reason, but this was Cloud's chance to take the #2 spot and he fuckin blew it. I can understand people calling him a hype job now.

And even though I still don't like Dawson, he definitely deserves a shot at Hopkins more than Cloud deserves a shot at Dawson himself. I'm being as objective as I can.
