I just read on another site about the war that HBO is waging against Showtime. HBO decided to air shows on two nights in March and April when Showtime has scheduled fights in the Super 6 tournament. They could have picked three other Saturdays in March or three in April to put their shows on when Showtime wasn't broadcasting, but they decided to try to upstage the Super Six tournament. This is absolutely ridiculous. HBO is acting like a spoiled brat who throws a f.....king tantrum when they don't get their way or are not the center of attention. The Super Six tournament is a great event, so naturally, HBO won't allow Showtime to have the spotlight. The saddest part about this childish game they are playing is the ones who are suffering are the fans who have to decide which station to watch if they have both or try to flip channels. So instead of being able to watch boxing every Saturday for the next three months, we have to deal with three nights with competing shows in March and April. This is both sad and childish.
