It could be seen as that. But, you've gotta pick your poison in that situation.

The camera is *****'s world, bro. It's simply not the environment Shane can compete in, as it was proven today. Now, ****m seems one of those old schoo/street dudes, he has that demeanor about him, that just generates an aura of "someone you won't wanna f**k with".

You gotta think about this also, that kind of confrontation, if a person is not really savvy in that kind of situation, that could throw their game off.

all of this tension and mayweather acting like an ******* help to sell this fight ****m understands that shane and floyd understand that. i find it hard to believe that posters on this site dont see that most of this so called bad blood is just for the sake of promoting the fight.

If it has to be a case of ***** vs ****m, let it be. Just like how Freddie Roach takes care of the trash-talkin' for PAC. But, when Freddie coached Toney and Tyson(both known for trash-talkers), he just let 'em go and stayed in the background.

It's all about psychological warfare, my man !!

Sometimes, the fight is won before they even get in the ring, that's why they do all this kind of stuff, besides trying to sell the fight !!

See, that right there can throw someone off their game, the good thing is the fight is months away. But, when you have a mild-mannered guy against someone who is rude, loud and obnoxious in a media environment, the loud guy usually wins those kinds of battle.

Rather than just lettin' it go, ****m should've stepped in, took the spotlight off the fact that ***** was extending his media time by cutting in on Shane, so Shane can't be overshadowed by *****'s antics.

****m should've played the role of bodyguard. It's okay if you had two loudmouths/attention whores going at it, because they love that kind of environment, it's one guy trying to upstage the other guy.

In the case of Shane, he's in *****'s world in that type of situation !!

Someone who is good at this is Roach, he understands his fighters. If he has a loudmouth like Tyson or Toney, he just lets 'em go and has fun with it. But, with PAC, you see, he takes the weight off PAC's shoulders by him doing the trash-talkin'

Why do ppl slam Mayweather for doing things that other fighters have done??? Pac had 3 fights almost fall apart over his demands (DLH, Hatton, and Cotto). Floyd demands a random drug test, and he gets slammed for it. I personally think that a random drug test should be performed for all fights. The you have Mosley who jumped in the ring after Mayweather's win, But when Mayweather interupts his interview he gets slammed?????

But, it's part psy-war too. The great Muhammad said it himself. That's part of why he did what he used to do in all those fights. He'd go as far as, going to the Hotel suite his opponent is staying at and ****ing on his door in the wee hours of the night !!
