No they aren't. Sounds like they had a bit to drink and the lack of sound of the people asking q's made it seem that way.

Shane has never sounded smart when he talks. He stutters and thinks a lot.

I have never seen Shane actually sound articulate in my life. Personally I have always seen him as a dumb guy

I wish Hopkins was there, he is a kinda smart guy who would make **** happen with his mouth

Its odd how these guys in their 30s get drunk, but the old geezers like Hopkins and George Foreman are just as crisp as when they first started.
