Xylocaine use: Is this a “level playing field”?

Legal or banned, cheating or not, is this what Floyd considers cleaning up the sport? Im sure Floyd is not the only boxer who uses this but is it fair if his opponent only relied on their natural punching power while hes allowed to shoot up a foreign, chemical agents to numb his hands to produce more punching volume despite having brittle hands? Is this fair?

He uses it during training, by the time fight night comes the effects would wear off.

You get a C- for effort.

considering the fact that everyone in boxing, including fred roach, thinks it's a non issue, its a non issue.

considering it is not illegal, you have no basis for argument.
Anyone can use xylocaine in the designed manner, which by definition, makes it a level playing field.

Cheating the scales against a Lightweight is something on a level playing Field for Floyd..
