Good Riddance. Vazquez would beat him 10 times out of ten.

He will come back stronger from this, id like to see Roach train him to iron out his defensive issues.

he just got a wake up call thats all!! he can still be a force in the game!! also i would recommend him to campaing first @ 118, and stop being so lazy.... let his body develop first then move... ...

hes just a kid.... and he needs to stop acting and behaving like a spoiled kid and put some work ethics.. and will do good...

Sonsona is talented though and I hope he proves me wrong in the future and lives up to his potential.
Sonsona came to Puerto Rico to win and He trained very hard for this fight but in front of Him was a Father looking to provide a future for His daughter.Believe Me,Vazquez Jr trains like nobody and always train like that.I know Marvin is not Benitez,Benitez won the title at 17 and He was a Superstar,He was called The Radar for His elusive style and his skills but Sonsona have a good future in front of Him.Maybe this loss make him work harder...

vazquez jr is the man! plain and simple, everybody is making excuses for sonsona.vazquez destroyed a determined sonsona, its just that he wasnt able to beat a skillfull puncher like vazquez!sonsona wasnt over weight for this fight,he was just over challenged by vazquez.wilfredo vazquez is no push over he will be a champion for a long time in different weight divisions.puertorico is gonna keep producing world champions every year or every few months.stay tuned boxing fans youll all witness this!

That's right! he needs to build up muscles before moving up. Just like Manny Pacquiao did.

what people fail to realize ... PAC have been jumping weight classes even before he had great trainer & conditioning coaches...

his first big jump was from from flyweight to super batam, that's three weight class! big difference with Sonsona, Pac had several fights at the weight, winning the international title and defending it before getting his shot at a 122 world title ...

Marvin was pushed to fast ... and not to mention its Vazquez time now ...

Vasquez looked solid. I had doubts coming to this fight due to Vasquez lack of amateur experience. However, he was determined and trained to win. He needs more fights, but has the potential to be a great champion. Sonsona was the favorite coming to this fight, so no excuses...

sonsona looked soooo small compared to vazquez, not in height, but his body,,he went up to a weight division that wasn't for him,he should of fought at 118 instead..you could just see the difference in strength, vazquez punches were just harder,i'm no convinced vazquez is all that,he just beat up a kid with 14 fights fighting in a weight class too big for him...let's see him against a ranked, experienced natural 122 pounder
