LOL, for somebody who thinks this thread is useless and then gets to at least six posts saying it. I don't get to at least six posts if I think a thread is useless, lol. This made my day.

I like to imagine how the three mayweathers talk about this a-side-meth and would pay to see them arguing about it, lol. Where's your girl's dad living? In the province or in the city? If it's the latter, for sure he will just LOL but try to ask some rural people, they really believe it.

In our village, a young man who believe to have the "agimat" was killed by his two older brothers due to land dispute. After the incident, the two brothers claimed that it was the sword who killed their young brother. They said that the bullets seems to have no effect as the younger brother keeps on attacking them and never went down until the other brother slashes his sword. When he was wounded with the sword, that's the time that the bullets penetrated on his body. Family members and neighbors who saw it also verified the claimed.

And currently, a stranger couple is now living in our village who's husband is said to have an "agimat". The husband already survives three ambush from the teenagers. The dispute was because this husband have told the police in our town that some teenagers are growing marijuana which is not true. The last ambush, one teenager told me that the stranger really went down like a log when they hit it with ******* but then it stand up and fired back which nearly cost a life on one of their collegue.

The belief is only good people will be bestowed with "agimat". But if that good person becomes bad, the "agimat" will have no effect on him.
