what advantage would u rather have in a fight peds or plaster??

If I was a cheater, plaster gets better results but is easy to get caught with, while peds gets varied results and is harder to get caught with.

So Plaster is High Risk, High Reward.

Peds is Medium Risk, Inconsistent Rewards.

I'd go with the plaster. Peds can have unwanted side effects on the body.
