    I'm not surprised. Clottey said he doesn't want Pacquiao to take one anyways.


    Too bad for him though. Pacquiao is going to beat the **** out of him. Too much speed. Clottey wont even get a punch off. Pacquiao will be gone just as fast as he got there. Fuckin dragonball z type ****. lol

            so what mosley never did either every fighter should have to take some type of test u cant just go by past test and say oh you never tested positive b4 you dont have to take it now

                  Those are the rules in Texas. As a fighter who fights in Texas all you can do is follow the rules.

                  You want Texas to change the rules? Then you need to go petition for that **** instead of whining about it on a boxing forum.
