Sheilds Plans On Getting Adamek To Weight 210lbs

As most probably know Gmitruk, Adamek's trainer, is not going to be training him for his fight vs Arreola due to health problems.

This is an interview with Sheild who will be stepping in as trainer and the most significant thing imo was that he wants Adamek at 210 for the fight. Alot of people have said that the 220 he came in Vs Estrada was too much, it showed with Adamek getting tired for around rounds 8-9 and perhaps a bit slower handspeed.

Shields wants him at 210 and plans on using speed as a key factor. I like this plan. Thoughts?

From what I seen he needs to be at 200 fighting cruisers. He didnt impress me vs. Estrada. I think hes rushing into a fight with Arreolla.

I agree, he didn't look that great in the Estrada fight but I really see him pulling off the upset if Arreola doesn't start taking his craft seriously. Beer during training camp . I hope Chris was joking.

If Adamek arrives at 210 he will murk Arreola. This fight is all about conditioning for him. Arreola is no match for an Adamek if he comes in the right shape. 210 sounds perfect for him.
