If Manny had signed with Golden Boy

Take away that contract dispute a few years ago, pretend Manny signed with Golden Boy and and has been fighting for them. Where do you think he'd be today? Real talk here.

My take: He likely would have fought fewer of Arum's fighters (probably no Cotto or Clottey) considering the feud between Top Rank and Golden Boy. I suspect he might have stuck around 135-140 and would just now start testing the welterweight waters. He'd have one less championship class, but would have done more cleaning out which would have made us admire him even more.

Given Mayweather is now under the Golden Boy banner and Manny hasn't beaten welterweights yet, probably no one says a word about PEDs, there's no huge blowup, and we'd be salivating for a Manny-Floyd showdown in about a year after Manny has gotten used to 147. They'd be starting serious promotion for the future, we might see 3 million PPV buys.

How do you see the years playing out?

He'd have fought Hatton, then Mosley, if he beat Mosley he'd have fought Mayweather.
