i don't know for sure, but i do know that manny agreed to some blood tests, just not the demands of what floyd was pushing for. as i see it, there was some room to negotiate, but it seems that it wasn't good enough for mayweather, nor was it good on pacquiao's side. we have a stalemate.

i didn't and don't like the campaign for these tests. it has been poorly handled and publicized. it started with slander and led to a witch hunt, and certainly wasn't brought up by any of the commissions. if any fighter wanted to really clean up the sport, which they can't, they should and would look to fight corruption with judges, refs, any and all officials, etc.

and at the end of the day, i think it was a move to sell the fight that got way out of hand, and now has turned sour for not only the sport but for everyone involved, even the fans.

more over, if either man wanted the fight, it's still there, even if they lose to their nest opponents, it's still a fight people want to see; then they would get it done........... end of story. none of this speculating on who, what, where and why? all with no facts, then trying to justify all this with conflicting and random facts and idea's.

yup and pac does have a problem with ost's. he claims drawing blood would weaken him and interfere with his training camp but a few days ago he took a blood test and is still whooping on sparring partners in training camp. what a fraud.
