Look at the upcoming schedule, the next ten weekends straight have top fighters and top names every single weekend. I love it, especially check out April 17th. Jones/Bhop, Maidana/Khan, Miranda/Bute, Froch/Kessler, Green/Ward, Pavlik/Martinez. All on the same damn day! I need to study up on my TV manual and master the split screen before then.

Maidana is fighting March 27th against Victor Cayo
Khan is fighting May 15th against Paulie Malignaggi
Kessler-Froch and Ward-Green have been moved to April 24th
The only programming is the HBO split-site doubleheader with Bute-Miranda and Pavlik-Martinez

I think boxing has - by accident or design, I'm not sure - pulled itself out of the doldrums and is in pretty good health.
Some big name fights coming up. The old guard (which has guarded its interests jealously for years) close to leaving boxing (Mosley, Pac, Floyd, Hatton etc.) open to some new names (Dirrell, Khan, Berto, Gamboa etc.)
As far as British boxing is concerned, I've never seen a better crop of young fighters as exist today.
Lots to be upbeat about, IMO.
