Overall Pacquiao. Pacquiao is fast at every movement he makes. Forwards, backwards, lateral, punching, everything he does he does incredibly fast.

Pac has faster feet. Floyd DEFINITELY has faster hands, with Pac it's just that he throws ridiculous combos while maintaining his speed.

The 130-140 version of Floyd was definitely faster though. And he threw sharper combos.

pac has faster combinations. Floyd has faster single shots and head and upperbody movement.. Floyd thinks faster and reacts faster. I think Pac has faster hands but floyd is overall the faster fighter

Pac throws faster flurries, though I never see Floyd firing flurries.

In terms of reacting to openings, Floyd is faster.

Lower weight Floyd was faster, but at WW Manny fights using speed, Floyd fights using tactics. Pacquiaos going to be faster because of that, but the only way to see who's actually faster is if they fight.

I personally think Floyd will be faster even if he doesn't use his speed like Pacquiao, he does things that I can't see Pacquiao doing.

I use to say

Pac had faster combinations.

Faster darting speed in his legs.

Floyd has faster potshots.

Floyd has faster reactions.

But now, I have changed a little bit. It's not that simple.

I believe that both have fast pot shots. It depends but the counter right for Manny is fast as anything Floyd has. However, Floyd has faster jab, counter left, pot shots overall because he has more arsenal in that respect.

Floyd has good reflexes, but Manny does too, it's just that Manny doesn't use it in a defensive way, he uses his movement and reflexes in an offensive way, and does get hit.

Floyd has better eyes though, he is constantly looking and open wide, he sees the shots better, which helps because he has fast reflexes, IMO it;s the same as Manny.

Manny has more workrate at 147, and throws a lot, his speed can be matched by Floyd at times, but Floyd is simply not a fighter to risk getting hit like that. I'd say both can throw the same again, but Manny is mroe attacking.

Floyd has the better timing, he reads people for that counter. It's easier to hit/counter when you're waiting for someone to come in. Manny is the one that goes forward, while Floyd has someone coming in. That would means Floyd has a shorter target without working. Manny's timing has improved though when people come forward.

Floyd has the advantage with a long reach. He's more accurate because he saves his energy by hitting with a high % but not throwing a lot. Less tired arms mean accuracy, but his talent is special.
