Dirrell gave Abraham a taste of his own medicine.

Except in Dirrell's case he didn't wait till the morning of the fight like Abraham does.

I clearly doubt that this was Dirrell's idea but IMO it was a ploy by Gary Shaw...Dirrell doesn't seem that calculating but more like a good guy...

It seems like it's in Showtimes best interest to move the fight and end up with 2 quality cards instead of one.

The Vic fight can stand alone and still perform well against the HBO telecast and now the Abraham-Dirrell card will go off without competition from a rival network.

Though March Madness will rival the fight...

I guess that's true, but it won't be the the Final Four weekend and the games should be over by fight time.

I was looking at Vegas prices the week of Mayweather-Mosley and room rates are only 1/3 of what they cost during the final weekends of March Madness.

i dont see why everyone is complaining about the venue when on fight camp 360 episode 4 AA said the one is Cali was to small this one is much larger

man, isnt the time difference going to mess him up, the fight was only pushed back 3 weeks.

this could be detrimental to his focus and conditioning, mental and physical. he is a professional so hopefully he knows what he's doing.

personally i think he should've just gone to detroit and set up shop there til the fight............

He probably decided to go back, hold some type of conference to communicate with his fans live, plus it's his comfort zone. Then move camp to Detroit. A person that's not from the U.S. is probably not going to go from on state to another. I assume he thought going home was in his best interest. Cali and Detroit are two different ball games.

Dirrel is gonna have 2 come correct. He could have beaten Froch, just didn't do enough 2 get the decision imo. He's fighting AA & its gonna be hard 2 land good, clean shots on this guy. He covers up very well. This should be good. Ill be rooting 4 Dirrell. He's the 1 American im going 4. I knew Taylor wouldn't make much noise in the Super 6 & I don't like Andre Ward. He was head butting the **** out of Kessler in their fight. Hitting him with elbows 2. Im not jumping on his band waggon like every1else seems 2 have done.
