I answered that already. Also, commissions take forever to implement rule changes and then on top of that, applying to the fighters themselves. They would face a ton of pressure from king, arum and golden boy NOT to do so.

Like i said, commissions only do something if someone dies or there is immense public pressure to be applied.

Like i said, the commission doesnt mandate certain rules like catchweights, weight penalties, purse splits etc

Things that fighters agree to in order to get through negotiations.

Also, dont pretend for one second that pacs team handled this well because they didnt, it was a new lie literally every day. I have never seen such a heap of bull**** from any sportsman as to why they wanted to avoid testing. It was dumb and pac and his entire team handled it like children.

For every a-side meth BS that roger and floyd sr spit, there was "im afriad of needles" "manny is ok, we just need 3 day cutoff" etc etc

The reality is that this whole thing just looks shady and unless you have pacs **** lodged into youre mouth, there is no denying they handled it wrong and untimely, the reason for why pac refused testing is seriously a mystery.

I never made an opinion on how they handled it so don't insinuate that I did. I go by facts and the only facts I have for this issue is that

1. Manny has never tested positive for any drug/PED in his boxing career.

2. PBF is the smartest man in boxing, in and out of the ring and quite possibly one of the most skilled fighter in the history of the sport.

3. Mayweather Sr. is a convicted felon.

also, mosley has also never tested positive, alot of these guys have never tested positive. We only know about mosley due to leaked grand jury testimony.

The fact is, these guys get a heads up on when they are tested, with olympic style testing, that is no longer an option. My opinion is, if Pac is clean, he should take the tests. And the only reason he can get away with it is because he can basically just be in the phillipines and no one there would dare question him about it.

You got people on here and bloggers talking about cultural pride, people talking about "well unlike americans, filipinos dont just do anything for money if it involves sacraficing pride" and all this other bull****. Especially one such writer Dennis Guillermo who is a ****in moron. Everybody is pointing in every direction but pacquiao himself, and alot of that has to do with him being a nice guy who everyone likes.

the fact is, youre right, pac has never tested positive for any banned substance, so that trend would continue through random testing presumably.

After whats happened the last 10 years with literally every sport, medals being stripped, records being tainted. No fighter, especially where they know when and how theyll be tested, should be given a pass because they have never tested positive, the fact is, we dont know. And so long as pac refuses, hell leave that su****ion in the air.
