I don't think this fight will happen. Too much risk for floyd to accept. Plus the fact that pac said, he doesn't need floyd and he is already satisfied to his achievements (pac is already a billionaire in the philippines) and he is ready to retire after the clottey fight if floyd insisted his own drug test standard.

There is no way that fight won't happen. they just wanted to make it bigger and a fight in between to hype this fight would only help. Pac-Clottey aint a prob. but Mosley-May is a bit problematic. Not because May will lose but because Mosley could make May look bad

I think I feel the same. It's like being a kid on Christmas and wanting a toy so bad that you can't imagine not getting it. Whether you get it or not is a different story.

It'd be great if it happens, not just for both of their legacies, but for the whole of boxing. However, I think it won't happen. Since negotiations failed last time and they both signed up for new fights, the negotiations are back at the beginning, but will now have different demands etc. When (most likely) Mayweather out sells Pac in the upcoming PPV fights, Mayweather will want the bigger share and as Pac has a big ego (They both do) he will want a equal share, so that's now a even bigger problem, and it will take forever to sort out, even though whatever the split, they will both have their biggest payday.

And then you come onto the random blood testing. Mayweather from recent interviews now wants it up to the day of the fight, and I don't know whether Pac will accept or what deadline he will accept. And Mayweather probably won't drop it, so then this is another huge problem.

Well there's 2 big problems, and I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to come up with another road block in the negotiations. So if you look it like this, then it seems unlikely. But stranger things have happened, and they both love money, so maybe they will work it out. I hope they do!

I totally. I see money being a much bigger issue this time around. IMO Mayweather will outsell Pac and will want more money. Here's a possible scenerio, May gets more ppvs on a snoozefest, Pac gets less while engaging in a war. May bring more money, Pac brings more excitement, they wont be able to agree on a split.

Also like you say May's talking about OST up to the day, he wont drop that so it's on Pac. I'd sell my left nut for this fight to happen, but I don't see it getting any eaiser to make down the line.
