I think Khan is the better fighter. I don't think Holt is on the level of Khan. But, style makes fights. And, stylistacally Holt is all wrong for Khan. First Khan will not have a size advantage against Holt. Matter of fact I think Holt might have a longer reach than Khan. Plus Holt has solid boxing has very good power. Khan does not have the chin to handle Holt power. Holt will land and Holt will stop him.

I could see Kahn being the aggressor and this is what will get him ko'd as Holt will use his legs and keep a high guard waiting for the moment to counter with a monster shot, and Khan pressuring will give him chances.
