Just stop it already, He suspects Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley of being on something, not Marquez, not Hatton. Get over it. Who ever Floyd Mayweather Jr is su****ious about its up to him. Why the **** would any one suspect Marquez or Hatton? Pacquiao moved up in weight like nothing and KO'd the dudes that where there longer. Mosley KO'd a granite chin.
If Mayweather wants to clean up the sport, why dont you clean up all the fighters you plan on fighting?

none of his previous fights were against fighters who have moved up from super bantamweight and had trouble with some yet moves up and smashes welterweights with ease as if they were the smaller men.

It really is a logical situation when you look at it. Pac was the one who was to blame for the fight not happening

well the demands were on a sensitive topic given how many athletes in our generation have been caught utilitizing PED or Steroids to gain an edge.

I agree 100%... Pac is just too damn great... He is too blame cuz he is too damn good. If he was going life and death there would be no blood testing required. But, since he is just too damn great. The fight didn't happen.

Correct he is a great fighter, and when the oppourtunity came to solidify that his greatness was that of pure determination and natural ability, Manny Pacquiao turned it down thus enter why questions of his greatness are now shrowded in steroid abuse.

he must be on something to move from division to division like that.

I agree 200%. Pac should be tested. He's just too good to be true. Pac put Hatton in lala land and gave Cotto the beating of his life. He's not supposed to.
