    haha..yeah but like everyone said, gloves and a bag would definitely help alot, I don't think there is any anger a heavybag can't get rid of.

        i wouldnt let her spar if it to release anger as she wouldnt block so when she gets tagged it would probably frustrate her and make things work. stick with a heavy bag

          I don't know if it would help manage her anger any, but her anger could make her a good fighter. Look back at Mike Tysons childhood, sounds about the same.
