How the **** could Cotto beat Winky? How will he even land with his lopping shots, when Pacquiao who never used the block shots was picking all his shots off. Winky by TKO. If Cotto can't hurt you he loses, Winky was walking down Trinidad and took Hopkins shots pretty well, he would walk through Cotto and eviscerate him with the jab and straight left.

      all true.

If Winky could make 154 still with no effects, he picks Cotto apart.

I don't think he can make 154 anymore though.

Lol the same way Williams shouldn't share the same with Winky?
Even tho Williams beat Winky. Who has Williams beat to deserve any big fight?

Be pragmatic, what makes you think Winky could make 154 again anyway?

Williams is 6"3 and has a 82 inch reach and throws 120 shots a round, and has 15 round stamina. Cotto is 5"6 has t-rex arms and throws about 30 punches a round and gasses after 9 if he can't slow you down. He has also been KTFO twice once by a guy who was slow as a slot, and the other time by a midget.

When was the last time Winky won a fight? How long ago has it been? Like a little bit over 3yrs now? That is a long time without winning a fight. Why don people still consider him like he still is a top fighter? And, then adding that he goes down to 154. A weight that he hasn't had to make in over 6yrs. Personally putting all these factors together. I like Cotto by decision... I honestly feel IMO at 154, against at 154 Winky is an easier fight for Cotto than Foreman is... It just that people is still live in yesteryear that they still think Winky is still a top fighter even though he was not won a fight in 3yrs... And, hasn't hasn't had a good win since Trinidad. Which was damn near 5yrs ago...

He got robbed against Taylor, and then dominated Quartey both of which are harder fights than Cotto. He also fought valiently against Hopkins and won 4 rounds. His only fight in three years has been against Williams, who was all wrong for him. He also managed to be in every round, but got outworked.

I love Cotto and Winky but Winky wins easily. I think a lot of people on here commenting haven't even seen Winky fight.

He was not robbed against Taylor... An argument can be made that he won the fight. But, that fight was too close to be called a robbery. And, how is that version of Quartey at 160 a harder fight than Cotto? I know you don't like Cotto but you can't say that version of Quarter at 160 is a harder fighter. And, again those 2 fights were 3yrs ago... Yes Williams was all wrong for him. But, you still in the belief that Winky can make 154 a weight-class that he has not made in over 6 years without having any affects to him. I don't see him beating Cotto at 154. I don't see Winky as a top fighter anymore. But, if the question was at 160 or even at a catch-weight of 157 then I would give it to Winky. But, 154? No... He is just not a top fighter anymore... He has to prove if he still a top fighter. Let him fight "The Destroyer" Lopez at 160. And, if Winky beats him decisevely then I will take back every word I said...

I am starting to wonder if Cotto even has anything left after those two brutal beatdowns.
