Mainly because Arum hasn't done a good job promoting the fight.

There wasn't much time to do really good promotion, but still SOMETHING is better than NOTHING. Even if its only 100 more buys.

The PPV will do worse than Pacquiao-Hatton for sure. But that still doesn't change the fact that Mayweather is a boring fighter. Speaking of Mayweather, if this was Mayweather-Clottey PPV would be Mayweather-Baldomirish at best.
