floyd has to be the slickest african american boxer out there; no doubt, the slickest in general. i believe he has to be the most intelligent boxer that has ever laced up gloves. BUT what if they have build that boxer to beat him? what if it's the most improved boxer in the face of boxing? i believe if there's a boxer out there that can, it has to be pacquiao. now, i see a lot of discrediting pacquiaos career and no boxer has done what he has ever accomplished. he is now ranked #2 with the top ATG's, and a lot of you disagree with that because mayweather is no where near that range. my question is though, where will pacquiao stand in your books when he beats mayweather? fair and square.
