Yes, it was. Totally his fault. He could've (and should've) gone to the States immediately after defending that WBO belt a few times - whether Warren would've allowed him or not. Instead, he chose to hijack it and stay in Europe fighting names that only serve to make people go "Who?" today.

There simply is no justification for it at all.
