Ive said it once and ill say it again, the commission SUSPENDED (read a dictionary if you dont know what this word means) Margarito's license for 1 year. If there was sufficient evidence to suspend him for longer, or even a total ban on fighting, wouldn't they have done it?
He was suspended for a year, a year has passed, license reinstated, end of story.

actually, it doesn't work that way

he had his license revoked for a year. he can now reapply for it, but the choose whether or not they give it back

Oscar should stfu and keep Tony's name out of his mouth, he had his chance to do something in the ring but chose a midget who then blew him out.

I like the way instead of saying I've already been punished for something I didn't do, he talks about doing his time, as if admitting his guilt.

Oscar is a big man in boxing whether Antonio likes it or not. He's a consumate professional, owner of one of the biggest promo companies in boxing, has ties with Ring and has interests in fighters whom Margarito might try and face.

So he has every right to speak out on Margarito, so does everyone.

As a sportsmen and someone in the public, you get the positive effects of being in the public, but ALSO the negative, especially if it's you that's done wrong.

He must've known his hands were hard, and his words show he's not denying it in the strongest of ways. He won't admit it or take any responsibility, he should be banned everywhere because what he did was not a crime against the California state, it was a crime against the sport and health of those in it. That does not warrant missing just one fight then carrying on as normal.

IMO this is a good post and truthful. dlh does not have ties to ring mag. he literally OWNs the ring mag. so dlh has considerable influence in the world of boxing

De la hoya is done...A fight with tony will never happen. DLH opinions mean nothing to me. He sucks as a promoter. HE's TRYING! but he ain't cutting it.

EX: Signs the then undefeated Linares, then he loses on a first round KO.
Gives Ortiz a chance to HEADLINE...he blows it and Quits!.
Uses Marquez...To fight Mayweather in a total mismatch. Props though! He knew the PPV buys were ganna be their if he helded on Mexican Independent day. Any other day....It would not do over 1 million buys. Why do you think Mayweather "was injured". and the fight could not be held on the original date of JULY :close to an american holiday: The fight was boring.
