It's not out of the question. For PBF to be KO'd he must be goaded into a firefight rather than a boxing match. Pac has a chance to do this because he has PBF outgunned in speed.

Being unwilling to submit to random testing spells guilt to me. I dont need to see a fake ass test result. Manny should've came right out and submitted to random testing. Not only hasnt he to this day but he has no plans of doing it. This is the biggest fight in boxing history and Floyd is right for wanting testing now instead of later. Only a punk ass wouldn't take him up on his offer. No excuse, Manny wont because he's juicing.

If Manny agrees to Random Blood Testing and will be found negative of PEDS and lost to Floyd, then for sure Floyds army with ther commander sr will shout to the top of their voice that manny lost because he did not take his PEDS. So it would be a no win situation for Manny. It would be an added insult to injury if manny lost and still be accused of losing because of not taking his PEDS. So why take the TEST?
