cotto will not last a second with any of the top boxers right now. Hes has to wait a couple of years cause if Chop Chop had him in trouble imagine what an elite would do.

I know every boxer might have an off fight once in a while. But when you come in 25 pound heavier than your opponent and your getting rocked and your opponent is not even an elite you have some more problems than just a off day.

If thats the case, than he should take Mayweathers left overs and fight Gatti, until he moves up to the elite, which is a great match up.

I agree with a lot of what has been said here, and I've been saying for awhile that I think Cotto has the best all-around skill set of any fighter today...

Anyway, I don't think he'll be able to stay at 140 for much longer and needs to seek out big time fights in his next 2 bouts after Abdullaev. His future is at 147 for sure.

cotto did not exactly have problems with corley..it was just that corley caught cotto whne he was punching..it was the same right hand of corley that hurt mayweather also..but when were caught off guard..cotto justr tried to bull over corley wihtout much defense..cottos toughest fight was ndou so far..he would stop corley legitimately the next time

Would Cotto-Tszyu be a big money fight? I would pay to see it, but with no American fighter would it be a big PPV? Cotto-PBF or Cotto-Gatti would be bigger PPV fights IMO. I wonder how buys would compare of these 4 fights:

              Cotto-Tszyu
              Cotto-Hatton
              Cotto-PBF
              Cotto-Gatti

I'd pay $50 to see Gatti vs Cotto. That has FOTY written all over it. If Corrales is up to it........ Cotto vs Corrales would be sensational aswell.

Cotto is the Best 140lb fighter today, And this is coming from a BIG Ricky Hatton fan!

I'd favour Cotto over any fighter at 140lbs, yep that includes both Mayweather and Tszyu!

And the Corley fight was the BEST thing that could have happened to him... He know's he's not invinsable now, and he dealt with adversity in excellent style. He didn't panic... He just took his time to clear his head.

Cotto- Gatti Would Be An Amazing Fight, But I Wouldnt Mind Shelling Out $50 To See Any Of The Others

The Corley shot was a very hard unseen punch. If Cotto is relaxed in the ring everyone should fear him, even Mayweather. I think Zoo and PBF could be Cotto but i also think Cotto could beat them.
