why is it different for Manny but not for Mayweather? because catchweights are normal? well yes however catchweights for a title fight aren't

Yea but the way it's been explained by Floyds own people is that These things can be flushed if you know the dates. Floyd will know the dates and Mosley won't. Floyd can juice and probably will and Mosley can't. I guess it's not enough for Floyd that Shane is 38 he needs more advantages.
