Why Manny and his team agree to the OST then?

They agreed to the tests but the terms were still up for negotiation. Why did Floyd go public saying Pac is refusing the tests completely when they were still deciding on how the tests were gonna go? He had to have known this was gonna kill the fight. Its not like Pac flat out declined the testing.

May 2nd, 2009---About 8 hours before the start of Pacquiao-Hatton, Mayweather hold a press conference to announce his comeback to the sport of boxing and subsequent fight with Juan Manuel Marquez. Takes away a lot of the talk about Pac-Hatton and focuses everyone's attention on Mayweather-Marquez.

Couldn't have siad it better. Floyd in my opinion used the drug test bull ****, to get out of the fight. Because he knows Manny is going to be the toughest guy he's ever fought. I lost all repsect I had for Floyd.

M, Stweat after the Hatten fight, thought Floyd wouldn't have a problem with Manny, but after the Cotto fight, changed his mind. He now thinks Manny is the best ever. I myself thought he didn't have a chance againest Floyd, but now after the Cotto fight I think Manny will be to much for Floyd, I believe he'll knock Floyd OUT! Floyd Sr saw that in the fight with Cotto and started acusing Manny, which set the stage for Jr, to ask for
Drug testing.

Manny is to fast, punchs at all angles, and has power in either hand, he'll catch Floyd and hurt him, Floyd can't run all night. Like M Sweat said, you can't even teach the telent that Manny has.

I also think Manny is 100% right, if Floyd wants the drug testing changed he need to go to the Boxing Commission. Drug testing never was and should never be part of a contract.

Like I said, Floyd I tought was unbeatable, but now with the tactics he's used to try and distory Manny reperution, and avoild fighting him, I think he's a piece of ****.
You watch no one else with ever requst drug testing. Mosley would have fought Manny
in a minute and still will, with out the drug testing bull ****.
