he fought hatton at 147 when hatton didn't have a 147 title.

he also fought jmm at 147 when jmm didn't have a 147 title.

technically yes they were world champions but not at that division.

Yeah and Hatton had vacated his belt at 147. I think he was still ranked at Welter due to winning a belt there.

Yeah that may be true but Floyd has beat 14 different former or current world champions. Mosley will make 15.

Trying to keep things in perspective is a waste of time when you are dealing with Pac worshippers. They only see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe. For example, to keep things in perspective, I could say that Pacquaio has 15 more fights than Floyd and therefore, it makes more sense that he has beaten more champions. However, that would be a useless argument on this forum.

i've read some people post that diego dropped the belt because he wanted to move up to 135. it came from floyd haters though. they try to say diego was weight drained at 130 and state the dropping the 130 belt to move up to 135 as proof that diego was weight drained.

              don't know.
He dropped the belt because the sanctioning body wanted him to fight a mandatory and he wanted to fight Mayweather.

                He's actually the IBF champ.

Because they were fighting for the Ring Magazine 145-pound catchweight title.

So, Mayweather's win over Oscar shouldn't count, but Pacquaio's win over Oscar was a great victory that elevated him to ATG status? Also, Pac's win over David Diaz counts even though Diaz was the fourth or fifth best fighter in the division? When I saw this thread, I thought it was a waste of brain matter, but compared to your comments, it is a brillant post.
