pacquiao is not on drugs mann ..drugs don't affect a person's boxing ability ..he improved with defense accurate punching and movement ..his stats in the past fights have been superb .. when it comes to accuracy with punches and power shots .. not even drugs can do that to you..

Btw, PBF and PBF fans, Pacquiao was a world champion at 20 years of age, so the "ordinary until he was 25/26" argument is bogus. If Pacquiao were American, he'd be as big a celebrity as Mayweather or Roy Jones Junior. Since he was from the other side of the world, he wasn't famous until he became a boxing super star.
