The reason they test in the training months leading up to the fight is because anything they would be/have taken will show up in the tests.

Someone will probably mention masking agents, but again this is why the tests are random.

Not that it matters. They could already be doing random testing. Why would they announce it? "Ok, we're doing RANDOM testing, folks!" Or even afterwards, "Ok, we did RANDOM testing on such and such date, x days to the fight!"
