i have 16 ounce grants and a pair of everlast too...

imo the grant are much better and i dont see them being as bulky as sactown was stating. in fact i would say my everlast gloves have more padding and are wider also. ive never put on a pair of reyes gloves so i cant compare those two.

guys at the gym always ask me where i got my grants, i have green gloves with red and white design

i dont think wearing reyes or grant will affect the outcome of a well delivered 'ko' blow. i have a pair of 10 oz grants and they are very light and streamline. did anyone else notice the size difference between hattons gloves and castillos reyes in there bout? castillos reyes looked huge

i found everlast are not as well made as the other big 3 brands. does anyone know where grants are actually made? i heard they moved from mexico 2 the u.s

i have had wear them all here is my list of favorites, considering the one that can cause the more damage on the oponent

1.- cleto reyes (the best of them all)

2.-Grant (they are really good the are wide but also king of hard in the foam area) so when you punch the oponent is gonna feel it a bit more tahn normal.

3.-i have to say everlast instead of winning because it will be better for causing damage (well if you dont have a punch like malinaggi you wont ever cause dmage) but i like winning better than everlast.

4.- Winning are the most comfortable of them all (except reyes) because they protect your hands more, i use them for training, sparring, etc. i like them a lot but they have too much pading or foam, so they are a bit soft.

like i said before all of them are cool and it depends of how comfortable you feel with the gloves, if you are a good fighter the gloves make no diference, for instance, mayweather jr used to wear winning for most of his carrer and he was undefeated, until recently he is been using grant and he is still undefeated, and he used reyes for castillo, de la hoya and a few more fights and he didn't lose the fights (the first castillo fight was a bad desicion by the judges but that is another subject).

so in all is what you like the most, grant are great for real, but the best quality and the best gloves for me are REYES.

          peace

I personally like the line of gloves we have now released as each addresses a fighter's preference

MX- pure punchers glove made with a combination of horse hair and foam
Protex3- made from high impact foam for safety and performance
            1910- the original classic line

so if you want to use casanova gloves, you should be able to? that's idiotic, it'd hurt people too much

Ive never used them, but I think that is a goofy ass logo.

I prefer Winning or Cleto's myself.

I'm not a big fan of Grant boxing gloves but I can't complain, some of them do look nice. I'm more of the Everlast or Reyes guy
