Im not sure who you think is underating floyd. If he fights Pac, he might possibly be favourite to beat Pac.
So people give him respect. Hes good at what he does, but just doesnt get the juices flowing.
Many people have had great careers and i cant say that PBF is better than many boxers resumes. I put him behind DLH at this moment.
