the last time tua was at his best weight and shape......bill clinton was in his 1st term as president.

Not really,even when he as 20 somethig in his 220 soemthing pounds he wasn't cut.

Last time out with Cameron he seemed in very fit condition unlike with Lewis or Moorer for example.

At his age and point in career 230s are his best weight.

if he could get a couple ko's in a row and maybe get a win on hbo against say a peter or arreola , he could get a shot probably.

Yes, but Rahman got that title shot because Povetkin got injured and had to pull out of the fight, so they picked what was available. Unless Tua beats a contender (Arreola and Peter would be good, but they are not available right now, maybe Tony Thompson who doesn't have any fights scheduled right now I think) he won't get a shot at the Klitschkos, injured fighters non-withstanding.
