he does seem more concerned about other fighters than himself and is clearly a jealous guy but thats a little harsh

Calzaghe is right in what he says, froch has to be one of the worst world champions out there! I know dirrel's performance over froch wasn't the best, but he bloody landed more punch's and there should be the champion.

Im not a fan of calzaghe BUT calzaghe could come back and beat everybody in the super six tournament and thats a fact!

Froch is entertaining to me in the ring, He gets hit and gives it back and he has been involve in entertaining bout throughout his career accept for the andre Dirrel fight which was painful to watch.

Ha ha I really really really like Froch. He's a true warrior. But So was Calzaghe, and in a boxingmatch, Calzaghe would win every round, on every scorecard, on every spectator/judge.

I see old blind guys like that all the time where I live. I'm gonna start to suggest they get into boxing and become world champions too.

              Hell, its so easy.

Funny you should mention flies, because Calzaghe punched like he had two fly swatters for arms.

Blame Dirrell for that. It was clear he came to spoil.

                Doubt it.

You will see once Froch destroys Kessler. Something Calzaghe couldn't do.

oh ye sorry i forgot froch doesnt fight like that hes like a cross between whitaker and ali my apologies

ye calzaghe couldnt punch hard when he had two broken hands, and he still achieved more than froch ever could so seems a bit strange to compare the two

Its not that strange. Froch is already a world champion and is undefeated.

You could argue that he's already fought better fighters than Mr. Flyswatter too.

Taylor, Dirrell, Pascal are easily better competition than an old Roy Jones and a geriatric Hopkins.

Calzaghe's best win was against Kessler. Who I suspect was overrated all along.

Got to admit that I've been on Calzaghe's side of this little rivalry for a while now, but I'm starting to change sides. Things are different now.

Froch was calling out Calzaghe when he had no right to - he hadn't earnt a shot in the ring and he couldn't offer the kind of payday that Calzaghe deserved. Only after defeating Taylor did he stake a serious claim and Calzaghe had already retired at that point. The trashtalk has calmed down from Froch now though and he has just gone about his business of fighting the best in his division. Froch may be delusional about his ability, but he has more heart than anyone in boxing today. Calzaghe shouldn't have reignited the war of words and had no reason to do so. Froch has the higher ground now that he is responding to trashtalk rather than starting it and is finally in a position of being worthy of a fight against Calzaghe.

I have a feeling that Calzaghe might come back to face Froch provided that Froch wins the Super Six (a big ask).
