IF mayweather loses, there is an immediate rematch and Mosley can't fight pacquiao.....but if Mayweather wins, there is no rematch and mayweather can fight pac if pac agrees to olympic testing -

Duljoman: What do you think about Mayweather?
SSM: I don’t care about him and I don’t care about his personality. This is business for me, nothing personal. My mind is focused to beat him and fight him again because we have a rematch clause for this one.
Duljoman: Rematch clause for both of you?
SSM: No. Only for him. I don’t need a rematch clause. He needs a rematch clause because he was forced to fight me.

The rematch clause has to be based on money, as in Mosley must pay PBF a step aside fee to fight someone else if he wins. Because if the clause is simply centered around the WBA belt, Shane could just forfeit it to go after a different opponent. And given that Shane's the one with the belt, PBF couldn't be the one calling the shots on a clause like that anyway. I'm curious about the stipulations of it myself. If they've been posted already I missed it.Comment

I thought mosley could also excercise the rematch clause since he is the champion..Comment

I suppose Mosley was so willing to fight Mayweather he didn't care about it. Plus, if he beats Mayweather, of course he will take a rematch and get another huge payday and the opportunity to beat PBF twice. Its really a win-win situation built on the assumption that it wouldn't make sense for PBF to rematch Mosely if he won. However if he does win and its a close and exciting fight, I see a rematch happening anyway especially if the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight cannot be made.Comment

That's bullsh**. Smart on Mayweather's behalf, but absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully if Shane wins he does it in a fashion where there's no doubt and Mayweather doesn't want a rematch.Comment
