Ufc makes james toney a 5-fight offer for "chump change"

According to future Hall of Famer James "Lights Out" Toney, UFC President Dana White offered him a 5-fight contract with the stipulation that he no longer compete in boxing. "Dana White is a straight up ho! He makes me a 5-fight offer for chump change and said I can't box anymore if I accept it. He must have lost his damn mind," stated Toney.

Of course, the always talkative Toney didn't stop there. "I'm the best of both worlds. Anyone in either sport that wants to come see me, we can do this," he added. Frustratred with his inability to find an opponent in boxing, Toney seems eager to get into a fight with anyone. Unfortunately for him, calling Dana White a "ho" likely won't make that offer change any time soon. In UFC you cant get more then 500 000$

ANd 500 000$ get fighters like Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture.

DANA WHITE would probably give TONEY like 100 000$ per fight.

MMA bashing in 5...4...3...2...

honestly though, Toney in UFC would be a joke. The guy's a great athlete, but it's MMA, let's not go down that path. We got enough of that in Japan. Why doesn't Dana go look for some MMA fighters instead...he bashes guys like Herschel Walker for fighting MMA, so why is Toney any different? Cuz he's a boxer? Please...glad he didn't accept. I mean I love how these other great athletes are taking a liking to the sport and wanting to try it, but c'mon. Bob Arum's not gonna sign Randy Couture to fight for a title shot...C'mon Dana, i like what you've done with the sport...but don't pull this stuff...

I think Toney will be at a disadvantage here. MMA fighters are skilled at fighting using several martial arts techniques including boxing while Toney only knows boxing.
