Wladimir is special ? How so ? He's boring as hell, I don't see why he's special or should have been granted a second chance where other fighters should not. Fighters make their own chance. They just need to come back after losing and look impressive. Any fighter can get a second chance.

You've got to admit that most of the guys Wlad has beaten lately have faded into obscurity. Brock, Ibragimov, and Brewster come to mind quickly. Granted it wasn't all because of their losses to Wlad, but the fact remains that they're no longer top 10 guys that we talk about.

Brock, at least, was never the same after the brutal KO by Wlad at MSG.
I was there for that one, and it was impressive -- the "THUD" when Brock hit the canvas followed by the crowd going nuts.

Too bad Wlad didn't follow it up with Ibragimov. He lost the momentum he'd built up in NYC with that one.

I don't think so -- Wlad usually goes after guys who he feels can't hurt him, like Byrd. I think he'll go after the KO in this one. I hope so, anyway.

Wlad should be very comfortable with the situation, he is in with a slick boxer who is going to look to hit and move and is also not a big ****er.

If only there was some money at CW, Eddie would be a world titlist at the very least today and wouldn't be scheduled for what I think will be an execution.
