Shane is 40-4, but his only two losses are to Vernon Forrest (who only one guy has been able to beat) and to Winky. Guess sometimes somebody might just have your number...
sorry neils. i just read reeno's article "wright proved to be wrong choice for trinidad" then immediately posted a new thread without seeing your thread on same subject as mine. sorry

I wouldn't say the fights with Winky were VERY close for Mosley...but he did come to at leas try...more so in the rematch...even hurting Winky...he got in more shots than Tito did and somewhat let his hands go a bit more...problem is that Mosley of today is more a fighter who wait for openings kind of like Tito...only Mosley throws a little bit more combinations...but not much

I think Winky vs Tito goes to show that Winky will not be easy for ANYONE...he will not be easy for Taylor or Hopkins...helping Mosley's case along with him moving up in weight...

I think he is pretty much done, add on the fact that he is now 33 years old. I think the Forrest and Wright fights took all the fight of Shane.

i think that mosley must have partied hard after winky f'd up trinidad, i thought mosley won the 2nd winky fight. he is much smarter than tito, shane was stepping to the side and punching around winky's guard and hitting him in the ear and side of the head. this is a big boost for shane

I like Tridad and Mosley but that's the first time in a while I've seen anyone refer to Mosley as more polished than anyone!

I never thought I would say Mosley did better than Tito because he threw more combinations

shane atheltism , speed and strenght (at 147) makes hima threat to anybody at 147 .

if he goes back to body punching , and put his punches together like he used to , he can beat judah . i think margarito has the size and iron mind to wear him down , but judah isnt strong enough and mosley is as fast as super .

mosley is past his prime , but far from shot
