Mosley was willing to fight Pac at 140 after Pac beat Hatton. Mosely has speed, power-75% KO percentage, boxing skill, and never was Knocked out. I think he matches better against pac than PBF. Because Pac cuts off the ring and forces you to fight and Mosley is more willing to go toe to toe than PBF. This is why if i was a judge i would give the decision to Mosley in a close fight over PBF, this will atleast gurantee a fight.
